I am an IT Help Desk Manager at AultCare in Canton, Ohio, and a Kent State University student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, graduating May 2027. I hold an associate degree in Computer Programming and Database from Stark State College. I manage endpoint hardware and software, user support, and web support for internal and external systems.
